Why wouldn't you include Harvey Unga? A supplemental draft pick still removes a team's ability to use one of their draft picks the next year. It's a draft pick.

And somehow Ziggy doesn't count because Bronco didn't recruit him in his house?

Look, BYU's NFL draft history lately is unimpressive. I think you look silly when you try to downplay obvious accomplishments.
