Ehhhh...the honor code requires one to abstain from alcoholic beverages.

There is no "at home and parents are cool" acception.
If there is a double standard, it is definitley not spelled out in black and white, and I would be very skeptical of any such rumors if my ability to maintain a schollarship depended on their veracity.
