at home if their parents are OK with it. Second, BYU is owned by the LDS church so it is reasonable to expect the students to comply with LDS standards. Many schools have similar standards (including FSU for starters) and it is anything but arrogant. In fact everywhere you go in life there is one standard or another you need to live up too. So unless you are busy occupying Wall Street and pirating someone else's internet connection you should understand that no matter where you go in life there are certain types of behavior that will get you in trouble. And every institution has a little different standard.
