BYU recruited him, offered him a scholarship and he accepted. I don't see
how you cannot count him as one of Bronco's recruits.
His Brother signed with BYU but transferred away after his mission. I think Taysom was pretty open to going anywhere, I know he did like BYU and his family liked BYU. Him signing with Stanford out of HS had as much or more to do with Taysom really liking Stanford (Education, Harbaugh, Pac 12) as BYU missing on his recruitment.
