Nobody argued that BYU HAS to serve anything. However, I did argue that serving unhealthy food but not unhealthy drinks--neither of which violate the letter of the law, but both of which violate the spirit of law--is most definitely a double standard.

It's my mistake for calling you judgemental. That was more intended to be a general statement against those who still look down on others because of caffeine and pick and choose only those church statements that support their position
