Wait, you think the playoff committee would be more impressed with MWC

membership than BYU's current position as an independent? Based on what? Strength of schedule is massively in BYU's favor. In fact, I think it will be extremely rare, if not darn near impossible, for any G5 team to make it to the four team playoff. BYU would have a much better chance with an undefeated season to make it to one of the top four spots.
