Seminary is not institute and there are different ways then full time paid...
I don't think seminary full time positions are growing much and will likely shrink in certain areas. I envision a move toward more and more seminary teaching positions being filled by non full time teachers, with even more members given callings to be seminary teachers and not paid.

I doubt that would occur at institute level on a large scale. However, the institute/college age/CES experience often can be filled by missionary couples and "called" locals as needed. Institute at large western universities will likely continue as paid positions by and large and will grow.

The teaching/experience pool available to the church does not require they go on a hiring spree to staff seminary and institute. They will however continue to build nice buildings, provide programs/materials and insure the proper environment is available.
