in a protected park, and the hunters kill a gazelle or something and wait for it to stink and then drag it back and forth on the edge of the park behind a truck, trying to lure the lions out of the park so they can shoot them.....

that doesn't sound very "sporting" to me.

and i wonder how much of that 55k went to bribes, rather than to the local Division of Wildlife Resources over there.
