Pretty sure Doman wouldn't have accepted a demotion like Howell.

Also pretty sure that Howell didn't ever attempt to complain about Bronco's coaching among the staff, let alone try to make the coaching matter of dispute a public complaint (thereby throwing Bronco under the proverbial bus).

Doman did a few glaring things to lose Bronco's trust very quickly. I doubt Howell would even think to do such things.
