Um, you're also describing Coach Rose to a "T"

He has had one of the most, if not THE most, in-bred staff in all of major college basketball for years. However, he's getting decent results so nobody is raising much of a fuss. Let him go "8 and 5" for a few years and I think this will get a lot more attention.
