Bronco loves his "yesmen". as for Doman he didn't get demoted to QBC because...

...Anae didn't want him on staff. Upon being asked to come back to BYU Anae was smart and made it conditional on his getting total autonomy in hiring his own offensive staff. This prevented what happened the last time from happening again (Doman and Reynolds disagreed with Anae on the direction of the offense and Bronco sided with them over Anae). Therefore Bronco was forced to let Doman go.
