There are a few things going on
First, a Harvard MBA gets you way more interviews than a BYU MBA (all else equal, there will always be outliers). But I think one of the most important things about an MBA is the long term networking aspect. While doing an MBA you will meet a lot of people who will go one to do great things, and you also get access to an alumni network which can open doors for you years down the road.
