You get your master's at the same place you got your BS to show loyalty? Absurd.
If anything, it is optimal to get your degrees at different institutions so you have a diverse education. I got my undergrad at BYU in econ and my MBA at BYU as well, because I didn't want to move and I wanted a BYU MBA, but a UCLA MBA would have been better on paper for diversity of education purposes.
