To me, that doesn't add up.
If he is only an average recruiter, and below average in talent development then he doesn't win 70% of his games and doesn't beat most teams that out recruit him.
Personally, I think he is pretty good at developing the players he gets especially considering the fact that he is coaching more RMs than any BYU coach ever. But I don't think he's a good recruiter at all.
