The church could grow exponentially in Africa
If the church pulled all the missionaries and put them in Africa, the church would grow by leaps and bounds. The church has avoided it due to not wanting leadership issues, etc. Once they get a solid foundation, the church might be more aggressive in countries that have high success rates. The church obviously wants a presence in various countries that have low success rates.
