Any time a position can be given to a female or minority over a white male it is almost unanimously done.

This is particularly bad against Mormon males, so tell you sons to buckle up because its going to be bad. This is the main reason I will discourage my sons to go to BYU and even to put their church missions on thier CV.

As a side note, it has been hard to hide a church mission on a CV, but now this new age change makes it easier because young men don't need to start college first.
