Sorry but I don't buy it.
Maybe in some government institutions you will find some preferences towards gender and race but to act like this is a frequent occurrence in most of corporate America and that the reason they are getting promotions is quota based and not performance based is an insult to women.
Yeah, I am sure that women are getting better grades in school, and pursuing higher education and graduate school, because of quotas too right?
