play - we are seeing it everywhere else; people getting benched, moving positions etc; but there has been zero "try" in some of our eyes to see if the other legitimate option we have at QB can perform better. Everything we keep hearing from coaches is everything BUT the QB - like, our QB is doing GREAT, everyone around him through needs to step it up etc.

I feel sometimes that some fans forget that IF Taysom hadn't received the approval for another year, we would have been with Tanner as the starting QB - and we all would have been MORE than fine with that; but now seeing some people give opinions on the matter, it sounds like people still feel Tanner has zero experience, can't make the throws, can't run the offense etc- I'm just wondering what changed.

Coming from a coach (me), not of football, but other sports, I do everything I can personnel wise to win; if that means sitting another one of the coaches kids, including my own because he just isn't doing what we expect, then I do it. I just find it extremely hard to imagine that Tanner is nowhere near as good, nor can nowhere near perform as good as what we are getting currently from our starting QB.
