Most people aren't "certain"
Most, including me, think they should have given Tanner opportunities -- such as in the first half when Taysom couldn't hit the broad side of a barn (3 for 13, as I recall). Maybe he wouldn't do better, and you can argue that he could do worse (more turnovers), but it seems like it should be worth the try. It also seems like he would be more valuable at the end of the game, in the two minute drill, then Hill has been.
