Rose was in a scholarship crunch and had a lot of not very productive bigs in the program with Luke Worthington, Neilson, Kaufusi, Andrus, etc. Of that group Neilson was the most productive and had the most ability on offense but at the time he was just home from his mission and was so skinny and weak he really struggled.

Now 2 yrs later he's gained 30 lbs and is a lot stronger and has confidence in his game. When he was cut, I was sad for us but happy for him that he signed with UVU and Mark Pope. I knew he'd do well there.
