Sound like you are asking for something that can't be obtained

How can I provide evidence of something that has never happened? All I am saying is that a swift, severe punishment creates a hypersensitivity to the issues related to the problem. Case and point is the domestic abuse issues currently being discussed in sports today. Stoopes perceived "inaction" to the Mixon case sets a precedent for future cases doesn't it?

If Penn State didn't deserve the death penalty, please elaborate on what does warrant it?
