If you're going to claim what you are claiming, you should ax Baylor's entire athletic department, because the entire school, Board, coaches, players, and current students and fans still are supportive of rape culture.
Penn State cleaned house. Penn State tried to do what was right, but Baylor has dragged their feet the whole time, especially with the #CAB BS.
