There's some discussion this afternoon about "agenda" and the AF "making a point." But is that right? Or is it the other way around - is it BYU "making a point"?
I don't mean that offensively at all. I just wonder what's going on. Is this the AF coming after BYU in some sort of vindictive way, or is it the AF saying, "hey we have a legitimate issue here with federal employees signing a religious document like this," and BYU digging in its heels and saying, "no way we make an accommodations."
Or is it a little of both? If it's the former, that's troubling. If it's the latter, that's also troubling (but not at all surprising).
