They both need to play with their back to the basket. This is why the high/low works but when one of those guys posts, the other guy needs to find the space where he can hit a jumper and not clog the middle. When the middle is clogged, guys can't slash for a pass and the double team is easy.

I would consider bringing Childs off the bench next year and start Mika and Dastrup. I think that opens things up much better for Haws and Bryant to get to the rim. Childs can then come in for Mika and the drop off is not that bad.
