the concept of a stretch four isn't based on a specific height...

...as much as it is on the ability to shoot well from 3 and pull a defensive big out of the paint. JT played it pretty well for some really good BYU teams and he was only 6'6" and not a great leaper. In college you can get away with a little more creativity regarding size at that position. In the NBA where the avg height is something close to 6'8" it makes more of a difference.
