I agree with your first point but disagree about the second.

Noah and Keena showed plenty of promise almost immediately. It may not have been on full display in games right away but the effort was there and I'm sure they flashed in practice just like so many of the guys from this year's team that we heard about last offseason. You have to give guys a chance to develop.
