That was Anson's redshirt-freshman year. His true-freshman year, Anson
struggled to compete even on the scout team. Anson's year-to-year improvement was pretty remarkable.
And too his credit, Anson never gave up. He had every reason to go the same route as all these transfers, but the dude was patient, worked his butt off, and became a major contributor by the time he was an upper-classmen.
