That's like saying we should have just pulled Anson Winder's scholie before he became an upperclassmen because he was never going to start over others. I'm glad we had him the one year he did start (was he even a full time starter his senior year? IIRC he came off the bench some for the good of the team). Guys like that are not so easily replaceable. And Haws, Bryant and Emery frequently play on the floor at the same time. That leaves at least 24-30 minutes per game for other guards like Beo who could still take a mission leaving even more eligibility spacing. And aren't the chances of Popoola showing up slim to none now?
