I think it will help a lot to have much of the offense having a year under their belt. it really was a significant change from spread to pro-style and having another offseason to prepare for the complete change in style. We will feel the difference in the run game with Jamaal gone, but I am cautiously optimistic.
I am most interested in seeing how our OL matches up with the legit D-Lines that LSU and Wisconsin bring and if we can add explosiveness to the passing game. We were a 1 trick pony last year with our Jamaalfense and it is hard to have a good offense when you don't have much of a passing game. How will our pass protection look and can we move the ball down the field? Will we actually utilize a weapon like Trinniman to open things up for the run and intermediate pass game? Will Bushman become the next great TE? I sure hope so.
