and if they don't bend over to please them, the power conference have many other options (as evidenced by Comcast and Fox trying to get more market share).
Now if you are saying that ESPN may show a lot of BYU in highlights etc... like they did with Jimmer last year, yeah that could happen.
But that is different than using the fact that they own the BCS bowls to place BYU in them.
They will not do that. They will let the bowls choose. They are not going to alienate their biggest clients for BYU. If the bowls choose BYU, great. If they don't great.
