Utah finished fifth in the computer rankings in 2004
So if computer rankings were even more important as they'd been in 2003, Utah would have finished higher. Please explain how the rule change helped rather than hurt them.
Also, the rule change happened because of USC in 2003 and not because of anything BYU did.
