I think he woulda thrived in that as good as Jamaal. Only less finesse &
more power running. I think Staley woulda been the one to struggle the most of the three with that. For the reason I stated. He just wouldn't have had the space to work with that he needed, imo. He wasn't special until he hit that crazy upper gear.
I think if Staley had played in that era Anae would set him up with a lot of quick out passes with TE & WR blocking for him (Crowton did that a bit with him). He also woulda been our biggest receiving target, probably.
