If you ding his comparison you have to ding every one that compares athletes from different seasons playing with different teammates under different coaches and in different schemes playing different schedules with opponents experiencing those same sets of differences.

So if that is the case then rolling that out a little further you have to ask yourself, what's the point of a message board like CB then? Is it just to report facts? In the age of social media is that really needed? I suppose there are an odd fact or two that isn't reported through normal media or social media outlets that a particular CB'er might be privvy to through connections they have that wouldn't be redundant if reported but other than that between Social media outlets like Twitter, IG, etc and news outlets like ESPN, DN etc, they cover most of the sporting news and commentary so it renders message boards like CB largely unnecessary.
