The knock, in knowing what we know, is that Luke is more susceptible to injury. But even with his injuries that took place, I still consider him the GOAT. I wonder at many of those who do not consider him the GOAT, did they really watch him play? Anyone under about 30-35 years old may not really have any actual memories of him.
You can legitimately debate the various statistics and such of the three, but I totally agree with the final sentence of analysis that the guy in the article gave. The bottom line is that though you can argue that either of the three is the GOAT, Luke undoubtedly was in a league of his own talent wise among the three.
