Swiss model - meaning more meaningful school days with breaks like Finland with the Swiss model of apprenticeships and job experience at the high school level. Get kids knowing what they want to do and experience before committing to $100,000 plus debt for a 4 year degree that they probably won't need/use. There are a ton of well-paying and desirable jobs that kids can get right out of high school using an apprentice model.

And it's great for businesses, they can screen and train new workers without much risk. We've been doing it here in Denver for a bit now, wish it was bigger.
