I think 200 days in 42 or so weeks would be pretty tough (20 weeks on, 2 weeks Christmas break, 20 weeks on, 10 weeks summer) and I imagine burn out would be really bad.
But I think (but I have never done it, so I have no idea) something like 7 weeks on, 1 week off, 7 weeks on 1 week off plus something like a extra 2 weeks at Christmas and in the summer (so 3 rotations of 8 weeks, then two break for one "semester") then another 3 rotations of 8 weeks and then a summer break) might not be as bad for burn out.
BUT that is not nearly as easy to actually DO with Thanksgiving and other holidays and stuff like that ...
