For all you competition will fix everything with no net neutrality guys, if one

of the largest companies in the world, Google, can't compete as an ISP because they are constantly blocked from rolling out their network by incumbents, how do you expect other companies to come in and offer competing services?

First person to reply with some magical new technology or business model loses.
