Disagree. Too many people only have two choices.

If an ISP bans LDS.org as a hate site, the other one effectively has monopoly power over people who disagree with that decision. This is not a well functioning market where competitive pressure can solve the problems.

Just one example. It is not a free market, it's a licensed market and we should set terms for the license that are in the public interest.
