Who are you comparing her to though?
because if you are grading her as a singer then yes I would agree her voice isn't great.
She's not a singer though she is a musician. She writes and plays instruments and shouldn't be compared to Adele or Christina or other singers. When you put her in the category she belongs I would say her voice is pretty good
