She likely doesn't write her own music. It is common practice in the music
Industry for record labels to buy the entire rights to a song including the writing. They then sign over the music to their musician so they can be a singer/songwriter. There was a big write up about Avril Lavine being a part of this.

The fact that Tay-Tay wrote a song and distributed a song that sounded and read nothing like her other music about that British boy band kid within a few weeks after they broke makes you question if she is a music industry pawn.
