Besides, I have two offers:

• slight pump up in my current salary, and a
• bigger bonus target.
• Both base and target are stated in the offer letter.
#2 -
• lower base than my current salary
• offering a signing bonus to close the gap in the base. That closes it this year, but I'm going backwards in future years, so that's a concern.
• no bonus target provided in offer, but have given me a verbal range
Responsibilities at both companies are very similar, as are the companies themselves.
