thing to do. A couple hours after I gave it they called me in and were sending me home immediately and said they weren't going to pay me for the two weeks.

This was within their rights to do this but I was depending on that two weeks pay still. I gave the two weeks because that was what they wanted me to do. If I knew before hand they were going to stick it to me like that, there's no way I would have done it.

I'm not exactly sure what changed their mind but after I left they called and said they changed their mind and were going to pay me and I didn't have to work the final two weeks. My only guess is that I told them I was going to file for unemployment for the two weeks they left me without pay. But I really don't know.
