we beat them."
To me, whether we win or lose is irrelevent to the fact we are playing half our games in venues that look like second rate high schools.
Look, imagine if our football team was playing most all of road games in venues like Southern Utah, when we had the option to play in venues like Nebraska. I don't think people would be saying, "quit complaining about small stadiums until we can win."
Look, we win like 80 percent of road games in the WCC as is. It's not about winning or losing, it's about IMAGE. Our program is TOO BIG for the WCC, it just is. I don't know why we continually pretend like the WCC is the best place for a school with 30,000 enrollment, 20,000 seat basketball venue, and a 65,000 seat football stadium. The WCC makes us look small time. Yes, much smaller than the MWC and AAC.
No way would we ever be satisfied with our football team playing in stadium like Weber St and Southern Utah and justifying it. I can imagine people saying "Oh but Montana is ranked so that makes it okay," lol, no it doesn't.
