You can't have a program nearly 80% reliant upon just return missionary kids without some kind of back up plan in place. Mind you, I know that BYU and Lavell had the natural connection with Ricks College and it helped to funnel a lot of kids into the program... but it still worked... and it can still work today, but our coaches have to start working the JC kids for this very reason.... We all know that being a return missionary isn't a total advantage... it takes time to get them back up to speed... and in most cases, they never regain their form that got them recruited in the first place.

A JC kid or 2 at most of the positions on the team would be very good for the program.
