Vast majority of games are in the US. Mexico has at least three viable locations

Mexico has hosted a WOrld Cup on its own, so don't be worried about them. And Canada has stadiums too.

Only 2 stadiums to renovate. And 8 years to do it. Not too worried. And Canada is ready with their CFL stadiums.
