Not that much longer than 1994. And Mexico has way more experience than the US
does in hosting high-level soccer games and tournaments. The gap is not as big as it used to be, but it's still there.

Mexico has hosted a WOrld Cup on its own, so don't be worried about them. And Canada has stadiums too.
