BYU has now offered 3 kids from my football team...
So we had a dominant team that I was head coach. For those of you that coach youth football it is pretty rare to even have 1 kid that goes on to play the sport after HS. As it stands today BYU has offered 3 of the kids that played for me growing up, Chase Roberts, Bodie Schoonover, and Ethan Erickson. And that doesn't count the others from our team that have offers from other schools plus offers to play other sports. When it is all said and done I expect 7-9 kids from our team to play college football, with an outside chance of 2-3 more getting a chance to play somewhere and a couple more will play other college sports.
Not bad and I doubt any other youth team from around here can match that. Not a humble brag, a real brag and I'm pretty proud of these kids.
