They haven’t yet had their year. Did you ever play sports? Winning games is hard to do, at any level. These kids have proved themselves at each level.
HS is different though, and Bingham is a different animal as a HS program as they get a ton of kids that transfer into their program when they hit HS. AF doesn’t get that so whatever these kids wind up doing this year it will be just a bunch of kids from their own boundaries doing it.
If I have to guess I would say AF will be a top 5 team this year, maybe even top 3, but beating Bingham and East and all their transfer players will be a tough thing to do, those teams are really good. But the evidence of how good this group of AF sr’s really is will be In the fact that they will have the talent and teams to compete for, and possibly win, state championships in all 3 major boys sports, football, basketball, and baseball. I will be very surprised if any other school has a chance to do that.
