The only thing that bothers me is it seems like no one communicated with Beau
for a REALLY long time. I understand that you have personnel changes with Ula leaving, etc. and the uncertainty that arises, but at least keep Beau in the loop. He's too good of an athlete to ghost for four months.

The only reservation I've had is moving a QB with concussion history to RB position. I was surprised.
