Coach Lamb is proving to be a disaster hire. He has been poor all around.
He's been a poor position coach, hasn't provided much "mentoring" or "leadership" to Kalani as a head coach (which is what he was supposedly hired to do). Why didn't Ed Lamb help with the discipline issues last season???
He also had a very mediocre head coaching record, so I'm not sure why he was hired to be some sort of great mentor.
I'm not sure why people are big on Ed Lamb.

The only reservation I've had is moving a QB with concussion history to RB position. I was surprised.
